Another successful summer for the Whale Museum has come to an end, with a visitor increase of more than 6% compared to last year. The results of our visitor evaluation, number and origin, show that Icelanders present the biggest group with 3664 guests since the beginning of the year. Comparing the peak seasons of 2006 and 2007, the visitation of Icelanders has increased of about 24%.
